You may request a return or refund within 7–14 days of delivery, depending on product category. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Initiate your return within the stated window from the delivery date. Items should be in resellable condition with a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
After receiving the item, our team inspects it within 2–5 business days. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). Return shipping may be deducted from the refund when applicable.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be completed, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence. We will prioritize replacements or full refunds for verified cases.
